Hi, I have a SPO List with ~40000 entries. To work with it I created a view which gives me less than 100 entries at a time. I can set a filter on a field called "localID" and also modifying the URL to have a different localID works for me (owner of the SPO site). However, other owner of the site are NOT able to use the list nor the filtered view. They get the famous threshold error. The permissions are not changed and are still the same as on the site level. Anyone else encountered this behaviour and how did you overcome it? Best regards74Views0likes1CommentPower Automate Flow moving Attachments in Email to MS List - can it get a Email as an attachment?
Created a Flow to get Emails from Outlook using Graph API to extract all metadata into columns in a MS List including attachments of the Email into a column in the MS List with the name as a hyperlink in the same site as the list; but when there is another Email as an attachment it does not come into the MS List. Is there such a limitation in MS Flow where it cannot get the Email attached in an Email as an Attachment?522Views0likes4CommentsArticle on Migration of file share to SharePoint Site

Hi, I added a Document library web part to a page and selected the folder that I needed for that web part. I also selected the "Video Gallery" view which was formatted using JSON. However, when someone clicks the Like/Unlike button, a notification appears saying "Updated 1 item" as shown below. Is there a way to hide this notification?104Views0likes1CommentLists; What Happens to the "Assigned To" Data?
In Microsoft Lists, there is a column entitled "Assigned To." I can add a member user's name; I don't know if I can enter a guest user's name. I entered my own username to test the result of entering data in this field. Nothing seems to have happened. I received no e-mail; I received no notice in Teams or ToDo or Planner. What is supposed to happen when I add someone's name there? (And could I use it for externals? For obvious reasons, I don't want to just test that.)462Views0likes2CommentsLists: open item in new Forms in edit mode
Hi all, SharePoint Lists has these fancy new Forms which can be sent to other users to create a new list item. Is there a way to open an existing list item in a new Forms to allow users to update a data set? I already tried to append ?ID=[itemnumber] to the sharing link but that did not work. Any suggestions? :) Greetings238Views0likes1Comment
