Created a Flow to get Emails from Outlook using Graph API to extract all metadata into columns in a MS List including attachments of the Email into a column in the MS List with the name as a hyperlink in the same site as the list; but when there is another Email as an attachment it does not come into the MS List. Is there such a limitation in MS Flow where it cannot get the Email attached in an Email as an Attachment?27Views0likes1CommentCreating a Form from a List
The Forms link at the top of a Microsoft List is awesome -- it lets me create a Form for the current list. I can use all of the great features of Forms to make the list be exactly what I want. What's really disappointing, though, is that there's no way (at least that I can find) to connect my beautiful form to the New button for the list. In the Forms section of the List settings, I can opt for the default form, a Power App form, or an Info Path form. It would be fantastic if I could choose the form that I just created -- FROM THE LIST -- to the list. It seems like an obvious and confusing disconnect. The very presence of a link to Forms suggests that this is the way to customize an intake form for the list. But alas, no. I assume I'm not the first person to fall into this pit! Is it on the roadmap?54Views0likes2CommentsMicrosoft Lists workshop – now available on-demand

Hi, I added a Document library web part to a page and selected the folder that I needed for that web part. I also selected the "Video Gallery" view which was formatted using JSON. However, when someone clicks the Like/Unlike button, a notification appears saying "Updated 1 item" as shown below. Is there a way to hide this notification?51Views0likes1CommentLists; What Happens to the "Assigned To" Data?
In Microsoft Lists, there is a column entitled "Assigned To." I can add a member user's name; I don't know if I can enter a guest user's name. I entered my own username to test the result of entering data in this field. Nothing seems to have happened. I received no e-mail; I received no notice in Teams or ToDo or Planner. What is supposed to happen when I add someone's name there? (And could I use it for externals? For obvious reasons, I don't want to just test that.)133Views0likes2CommentsIntroducing Drag and Drop to Reorder Items in Microsoft Lists

Any suggestions? :) Greetings40Views0likes1CommentValidating consent on MS Forms
I'm creating new forms which will capture children attending activities and needs to be approved by a parent. The old way was to have the parent sign and authorise participation. Can anyone in the community think of a way to do this with MS Forms which would meet legal requirements that a proper person has authorised the form instead of the child completing the form on behalf of the parent?369Views0likes4Comments
