Hi,
We have an user who is going to be out of office for a long term, then her password will expire soon. We have a forward in her email account. It will be working after the password expire?

Yes, if you configured a forwarding for that email account in ECP or PS, the forwarding will work until you remove it or you delete the mailbox.
Password expiration only affects to the mailbox login itself, not the mailbox functionality.

Yes, the forward rule will be working as long as 'enabled'
