Unattended support is high priority on our list, but we don't currently have a known ETA yet.
- PolymathinkCopper ContributorWe have already moved to a passwordless environment. Our users have been instructed to be highly suspicious of anything that asks for a password. What is the experience in the Windows Hello environment? Also, Remote Help is of little use to us without the ability to remotely control a machine without the user present. We will have to stick to our current tool(s), until that feature is ready.

For Windows Hello, if the helper and sharer has it setup and turned on through AAD, they should be able to sign in with biometric or PIN. As for Remote Help to remotely control a machine without the user present, this is very high priority for us on the backlog. - Lance_Crandall
Microsoft
Remote Help uses AAD auth. So, as long as you've set up Hello as an auth method, it should be an option for both helper and sharer as part of the AAD modern auth prompt. As far as unattended, it's definitely something that's high on our list, but I can't provide an ETA yet.

We’ll continue to answer questions through the end of the week. If you missed the live broadcast, don’t worry – you can watch it on demand.
And, if you’ll be in San Francisco for RSA 2023 later this month, join us at the Secure and Connected Endpoints Breakfast. - ccadenasaBrass ContributorCan the service now connector manage more than one SNow instance?
- Dave Randall
Microsoft
Currently, we only allow one ServiceNow instance per tenant. But we are considering the ability to enable more than one instance per tenant. How many would your organization need, and what are the specific use cases that multi-instance enables for you?
- REnyvBrass ContributorAhhh Service Now, the private jet no one can afford. 🙂 Joking ! but $$$
- Joe_Lurie
Microsoft
REnyv We are partnering with Service NOW because so many of our customers are using them, the partnership makes sense. If you have another service that you use, let us know by filling in feedback at https://aka.ms/IntuneFeedback.
- SigurdWernerIron ContributorFor the UAC integration: does it also work if 'Prompt for credentials' + 'Switch to secure desktop' is configured?
- Michael_Johnson950
Microsoft
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
I'm a little unclear on the question and the scenario. Can you clarify the scenario a little more please?
Thank you.
- SigurdWernerIron Contributorthe demo highlighted the simplest possible, but risky UAC configuration (prompt for consent on the user screen), but UAC allows a more secure configuration w/ asking for full credentials and the consent is executed on the secure desktop (session 0) so only HID can interact. This is e.g. The reason you can't use Teams session sharing in this configuration since Teams has no access to the secure desktop.
- adamlenlkOccasional ReaderIs okta a supported MFA solution for remote help?
- DeletedIs there an audit log available that could be reviewed in cases this feature is e.g. abused by a threat actor? How detailed would it be, could we for instance replay the complete session based on the logged events?
- Kara_Wang
Microsoft
Thanks for the feedback. We currently are rolling out audit logs support when the Remote Help sessions are created and ended. We are planning on expanding more audit log capabilities.
- -_RH_-Steel ContributorIs blind credential caching on the roadmap? This is a huge feature for ConnectWise and others as it avoids the need for a user to share their password to support (password policy violation), and the user can step away while support can "enter" the user's password without tying up the user's time.

Microsoft
Thank you for the feedback! This is currently not on the roadmap but we would like to learn more about your use case. Could you direct message me here on Tech Community for me to understand more details?
- REnyvBrass ContributorRemote Help is awesome, just cant get it deployed via Intune App Policies. Anyone encounter this ? Hoping its part of the catalog of preconfigured apps to come.
- REnyvBrass ContributorYea I've converted it to Win32 but had it fail at a 100% rate. Putting in a support ticket today. But Re emphasizing the catalog because I have used Azure VPN from the MSFT store and that deploys perfectly.
