We have already moved to a passwordless environment. Our users have been instructed to be highly suspicious of anything that asks for a password. What is the experience in the Windows Hello environment? Also, Remote Help is of little use to us without the ability to remotely control a machine without the user present. We will have to stick to our current tool(s), until that feature is ready.

Apr 12, 2023For Windows Hello, if the helper and sharer has it setup and turned on through AAD, they should be able to sign in with biometric or PIN. As for Remote Help to remotely control a machine without the user present, this is very high priority for us on the backlog.
