We have already moved to a passwordless environment. Our users have been instructed to be highly suspicious of anything that asks for a password. What is the experience in the Windows Hello environment? Also, Remote Help is of little use to us without the ability to remotely control a machine without the user present. We will have to stick to our current tool(s), until that feature is ready.

For Windows Hello, if the helper and sharer has it setup and turned on through AAD, they should be able to sign in with biometric or PIN. As for Remote Help to remotely control a machine without the user present, this is very high priority for us on the backlog. - Lance_CrandallApr 12, 2023Former EmployeeRemote Help uses AAD auth. So, as long as you've set up Hello as an auth method, it should be an option for both helper and sharer as part of the AAD modern auth prompt. As far as unattended, it's definitely something that's high on our list, but I can't provide an ETA yet.
