Remote Help is awesome, just cant get it deployed via Intune App Policies. Anyone encounter this ? Hoping its part of the catalog of preconfigured apps to come.

    REnyv The Remote Help is win32 app, so it can be run through the intunewin converter and deployed like a normal Win32 app. Having it available in the Adv App Management catalog is great feedback!

      Yea I've converted it to Win32 but had it fail at a 100% rate. Putting in a support ticket today. But Re emphasizing the catalog because I have used Azure VPN from the MSFT store and that deploys perfectly.

        Definitely open a ticket, but perhaps there's an issue with webview2 getting installed. Check the MSI logs. You may want to deploy out webview2 separately as a prereq if that's the issue. Usually it should just get installed as part of the main package, but if you're having that issue, deploying as a prereq should fix it.
