Can you walk through an Agency Fee application example for both the MPO and REO transactions, who absorbs the fee's across these scenario's?

Hi, the party that creates the Private Offer or Multiparty Private Offer absorbs the Agency Fee. So that would be the software company MPO and the resale enabled partner in REO.
