UNKNOWN USB DEVICE

my logitech antennas in USB keep becoming "unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" in device manager. W11 is bricking my devices. HOW DO I FIX THIS?????

Update the USB root hub driver in Device Manager and uncheck the option “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.”
