Also note that the user experience for the File Explorer is different with the browser.- FrederickkIron ContributorDo you know how many days it takes for a reply from Microsoft feedback hub?
- AmiriooimIron ContributorTypical 2-5 business days based on my experience.
- YarisyoyoIron ContributorThe duplicate option does not do any help. A new tab is enough based on daily workload.
- PhilipessIron ContributorWhat does it do?
- Drizzybro1Brass ContributorOpen a New Tab and Navigate Manually: This is the simplest method. You can open a new tab and then manually navigate to the same folder as the original tab.
Keyboard Shortcuts: You can use keyboard shortcuts to speed up the process. For example, if you are in a folder, you can press Ctrl + N to open a new window and then navigate to the same folder manually.
Drag and Drop: In some versions of File Explorer, you can drag the tab to create a duplicate, but this may not work consistently across all systems.- ElinorReidCopper ContributorThanks for your prompt!
- Nobel_BaynesSteel ContributorThis has actually already been added to an insider channel build.
Currently though can you middle click the refresh button to duplicate the tab like in chrome? If not, that’s a good request. - ZachariahhIron ContributorThis is a less frequently used feature and that's why there is no default option for it.
