There should be an option for duplicating tabs in File Explorer

Open a New Tab and Navigate Manually: This is the simplest method. You can open a new tab and then manually navigate to the same folder as the original tab.
Keyboard Shortcuts: You can use keyboard shortcuts to speed up the process. For example, if you are in a folder, you can press Ctrl + N to open a new window and then navigate to the same folder manually.
Drag and Drop: In some versions of File Explorer, you can drag the tab to create a duplicate, but this may not work consistently across all systems.
