My Thumb Drive with MicroSD from Spy camera says I need to update permissions to accept file ..

transfers, on my pc, but I have checked everything and it is up to date, and I can't find a solution annywhere or anyone else that has had this problem. It says, in one place, that if there's no footage on the sd card that it also wont work, but on my camera it said it had recorded something, it's just the only way that I can view the recorded footage. Other options wont work. Reminder, it isn't a celphone transfer, it's from a minitaure camera.
