My laptop blue screened
Hi my daughter laptop blue screened n I can't get it up n running again.. no physical damage was done to it its acer nitro 5 it has ssd n hdd I tried everything n I can't properly Google the solutio...
I completely agree with DanielsPite, just want to suggest that recovery mode is a more advanced feature you can even try booting it into safe mode by pressing F8 during startup. If that doesn’t work boot from a Windows USB and choose ‘Repair your computer’, then use ‘Startup Repair’ or System Restore’. If nothing works then reinstall the windows from the installation media. Hopefully, now your BSOD issue gets resolved.
