How to enable 'Never Combine taskbar buttons'. Windows 11 ?
Hi @all I did not find this function 'Never Combine taskbar buttons'. How can this function be found and enabled in windows 11? I can't work with multi-tab on windows 11. Thank you!
Not having this feature wastes a lot of time
- It's honestly hard to understand why they would not add this feature. So many want it and my taskbar is now 95% empty unused space (no kidding - ultrawide monitor). That could be used to make me more productive - you know, like every Windows version before allowed...
I hate it and wish I could downgrade my work pc- It is insane.
We use ultrawides as well so our taskbars are all 95% empty space too.
Microsoft have until October 2025 to fix this ridiculous taskbar situation before Windows 10 end of life.- What's bugging me even more is the complete ignorance towards customers. A simple "we'll look into it" usually goes a long way when working with customer complaints, but this very long and active thread (as well as similar complaints in other threads and channels) seem (to my best knowledge) receive absolutely zero response from Microsoft.
That's just sad and a big sign that they simply don't care. We are all locked in anyway, no reason to make us happy, right? 😔
