Error 2738 could not access VBScript run time for custom action

hi all,

Recently my laptop's OS patch was updated after that I am failing to install one software. keep getting the "

Error 2738 could not access VBScript run time for custom action

" Error. I used to install the same software before OS patch update after update hitting this issue. I need to fix this asap. I tried several suggestions from Microsoft answers, blogs, but nothing worked out.

 

please help me here.
