- Hello Sharad, yes, appraently, the problem is the name I am using, apparently there are characters that can give you this error message, try to change it and let me know if that works.

What name are you referring too in this case?

For info - In our case this is an intermittent issue for the particular user, faced only 2 times in last 1 month.
