You are going to need quite a few resources but here's a small selection to get you started...

Microsoft Technet is obviously the authoritative source from the IT Pro standpoint - https://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/dn788776

from a Dev perspective - https://dev.office.com/sharepoint

For training check out the MVA, there are heaps of course on there that deal with all areas of SharePoint - https://mva.microsoft.com/search/SearchResults.aspx#!q=sharepoint&lang=1033
