Unable to update partner profile, verification still rejected
Like a lot of users, since the recent updates for the EU Digital Services Act compliance status, I'm stuck in the verification process for my company.
I used to be able to publish my app in the store before, and despite a lot of tries, answers provided by Vetting Team is mind blowing.
I'm not able to clearly understand if I have a problem regarding my Partner Center / Azure account, I'm not able to update anymore my partner center profile because I have the following error.
And all the messages regarding the Vetting Team are not clear. We don't understand informations to provide, they used acronym in mail (for example : IVX).
We have business to run so please can you provide real effective support, it's been three months that I try to update the situation. It drives me crazy!

Hello liyasā I'm not sure on how the error disappeared in the Partner Center dashboard. I think that it might have some updates on the code of the platform to avoid this error. But if you're still having issue, i suggest your to go to the Windows Developer Center : https://developer.microsoft.com/fr-fr/windows/support/
I had a personal email from a microsoft team operator instead of a generic email by using this way. You should probably select in the contact section "Other Developer Tool Issues"Hope, that it will help. With the updates done in the topic (personal address in the seller contact info, entity name Glitch Society) all has been validated and songplz product in the store is now up-to-date.

Hello Jill,
For some reason it seems that my reply doesn't have been validated to be displayed on this thread. They were asking me to update the entity name using "songplz" (which is my app in the store) instead of "Glitch Society" (which is dev account & company owner editing the product songplz). Plus, they wanted me to use my personal address in "seller contact info".
So i did the following updates :
- added "songplz" entity name and upload domain invoice of songplz => Employment verification rejected (another vetting operator told me that it should be Glitch Society as entity because the domain mismatch. Indeed, domain provided is glitch-society.com)
- ignore "songplz" entity name and put "Glitch Society" again. Upload domain invoice of Glitch Society (already done in the past) + update my seller address using the personal address => Employment verification validated
Now, i'm waiting for the final steps, the company business verification, but it's a huge step as i was able to upload and submit again informations to the vetting team from the partner center website. No more error.
I'll keep you in touch of the decision.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with this, so many are. There is no other way to get through the process, you have to work with support. šI apologize for not having better options for you. What does their response say (in English) above? Maybe I can identify what is wrong by their message.

Hello Jill,
Thanks for reaching out! I've done so many tries and currently the last message should be the better one. But, i clearly don't understand why they're asking to provide informations that doesn't seems to be correct. Let me explain:
(please note that in the following answer, for privacy reason, i've replaced my personal address with a placeholder)
We are unable to verify your account based on the information you've provided and are requesting additional information.āÆAs per supporting docs Entity and address name is mismatching with the supporting docs. Please note that for business verification we required address āmy personal street address,City, Department Zipcode Franceā and Entity name"songplz" with document expire date should be available in a single document.
The fact is that my product named "songplz" currently available in the store https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nq7q7n842rv?hl=en-us&gl=PE is edited and developed by my company which is Glitch Society.
The only wrong information provided could be the "Seller contact info", because the address used if the one of my company which is a PO box instead of (maybe?) my personal address.
But for entity name, as far as i understand, it should be "Glitch Society" because it's the approver of the whole Microsoft Partner Center account.
And like i said just before, right now i cannot submit/save anymore my profile because it leads in an error message where i need to contact support. š
Regards,
