Hello liyas I'm not sure on how the error disappeared in the Partner Center dashboard. I think that it might have some updates on the code of the platform to avoid this error. But if you're still having issue, i suggest your to go to the Windows Developer Center : https://developer.microsoft.com/fr-fr/windows/support/
I had a personal email from a microsoft team operator instead of a generic email by using this way. You should probably select in the contact section "Other Developer Tool Issues"Hope, that it will help.With the updates done in the topic (personal address in the seller contact info, entity name Glitch Society) all has been validated and songplz product in the store is now up-to-date.
