Partner verification - proof / badge / certificate
Hi,
I have completed verification for Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and I have the Partner Launch benefits.
What is the correct way that I can prove to my customers that I am now an official microsoft partner ?
I thought it was the logo builder - but was advised by microsoft that this is not the right place and to ask the question here.
Thanks in advance.

Hi tomattechkomdotco - here are a few recommended steps you can share with your customers to validate your partner status:
- Search the Microsoft Partner Directory on Microsoft AppSource - you can filter by name, keyword, size, etc.
- Review the curated list of services partners or visit the Microsoft Solution Partner website
- In M365 admin center, go to Settings > Partner relationships to view partner contact information.

hi tomattechkomdotco,
The logobuilder might be best place to start for (you guessed it ;-) a logo!
Also on that page various other proof depending on your status.
This is including a letter which solution area's your company has achieved. Recent change to the "solutions partner certified letter" is that its now only valid for a month. Bit strange as the partnership and attained status are valid for a year.....
Good luck,
Martijn

Thanks MartijnBreet - looks like logo builder is only for "specific" microsoft partners - my question relates to people who dont fit into the 'specific' category that can use logo builder (but are still valid microsoft partners)

actually it produces only a logo "Microsoft partner"
If you were looking for a mention of your company name only the other options such as the certified letter remain.

Hi tomattechkomdotco - please refer to this documentation: Create a partner logo, certified letter, or award - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn
One important note here is the criteria associated with some of these. For example,
- You can create a certified letter to prove your Microsoft partnership and credibility if you:
- Attained a Solutions Partner designation
- Earned a specialization or Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (AEMSP)
- Have an active Channel Partner Agreement (CPA) and require a Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) or a standard partner certification letter
Please let me know if that answers your question.

Hi justinroyal no it doesn't e.g. for microsoft partners who do NOT meet the criteria (but are still valid microsoft partners) - what is the correct way for them to "prove that I am now an official partner"?
