Hi tomattechkomdotco  - here are a few recommended steps you can share with your customers to validate your partner status:

  • Search the Microsoft Partner Directory on Microsoft AppSource - you can filter by name, keyword, size, etc.
  • Review the curated list of services partners or visit the Microsoft Solution Partner website
  • In M365 admin center, go to Settings > Partner relationships to view partner contact information.
