Thanks MartijnBreet - looks like logo builder is only for "specific" microsoft partners - my question relates to people who dont fit into the 'specific' category that can use logo builder (but are still valid microsoft partners)
actually it produces only a logo "Microsoft partner"
If you were looking for a mention of your company name only the other options such as the certified letter remain.
