Microsoft Vetting

I have been stuck on Employment verification for a little while now. I was asked to upload confirming documents on April 23rd and nothing has been done since. I submitted a ticket and they keep repeating the same things that I have already completed.

 

Is there a way to get some assistance with this please? TrackingID#2505060040011964

    Same issue here.
    I have been told that an 11 month old invoice is too old to be used as proof, as it needs to be from within the last 12 months.

    Rapidly approaching the end of that 12 month window, and stuck in a loop of "we'll contact you in 2-3 days".

    Don't worry, you'll never find an answer. I've been trying for a month. all ready response far from helpful

    Having the exact same problem for over a month now, as have countless partners dating back to 2022 if you look here on the forums. It's completely inexcusable how unresponsive and unhelpful the support process for this is, and the community support in these forums has been posting variations of the same canned response to everyone's issue with seemingly no improvement of the process for years.

    I've had/worked for 3 MSPs over the years and have been through this process multiple times and its a nightmare every single time, without fail.

    $3 trillion marketcap company whose success is substantially built on the back of its partners and we are here struggling to get a single human to vet the documents I've been uploading to the portal for 5 weeks. We are talking about a simple domain/ICANN verification, everything matches perfectly, still no approval. Everytime i hit the fix now button I start the "3-5 day" process over again and every second I'm wasting/losing money because I can't sell your product to my clients. We really need someone to reach out to us regarding this.

  • You have to go through support for this. What is the messaging they are returning to you on why you are not getting verified?

      The problem is that support are not very helpful.

      I'm currently also trying to get through the vetting process and keep getting told that an 11 month old document is "too old" as it needs to be from within the last 12 months.

      And there is no option to request a support call for these tickets, so we get stuck in an endless loop of "we'll contact you in 2-3 days" which is more like 6-8 days.

      I am experiencing a similar issue since more than 8 weeks. 

      I am a MCT trying to obtain the MS Partner Status, as some customers would like to work with me directly. 

      Unfortunately, my application status is in Employee Verification since more than 8 weeks now. I started a support ticket, but it has not helped. The support sends once a week an email to let me know this:

      "Thank you for reaching out!     

      Apologies for the inconvenience but your issue is under review currently. As soon as we have an update, we will inform you. "

      I do not get any reasons or ways to act... Once a week since April 16. 

      I already asked using the reply feature in the MS Partner post too, but I do not get any comments/responses either.

      See attached the error and the support request I created. Could you please help?

        I'm not sure I understand what "using the reply feature in the MS Partner post" means. Is that in partner center?

      Hi Jill,

      The messages are always telling me to verify my identity or to upload documents. Here is where it's been since the 23rd of April.
