Community ManagerYou have to go through support for this. What is the messaging they are returning to you on why you are not getting verified?
The problem is that support are not very helpful.
I'm currently also trying to get through the vetting process and keep getting told that an 11 month old document is "too old" as it needs to be from within the last 12 months.
And there is no option to request a support call for these tickets, so we get stuck in an endless loop of "we'll contact you in 2-3 days" which is more like 6-8 days.
