Using Online archives offline
I can see Online Archive in my Outlook however when I'm travelling without Internet connection, I refer frequently to my Online Archive for ref... I exported Online Archive and attached as PST to my outlook by this is a very difficult exercise to export a 15 GB Archive Mailbox every few days... or may be there is some short way of doing this?

AFAIK, there is no way to cache the Online Archive.
Given your requirements, can't you empty the Online Archive and put everything in the normal mailbox?
