Using Online archives offline
I can see Online Archive in my Outlook however when I'm travelling without Internet connection, I refer frequently to my Online Archive for ref... I exported Online Archive and attached as PST to my ...
AFAIK, there is no way to cache the Online Archive.
Given your requirements, can't you empty the Online Archive and put everything in the normal mailbox?
