Here's the biggest answer question... why did Microsoft take away the off-line capabilities in the first place? What corner office think tank thought that was a good idea? I mean… Yeah, Microsoft, the biggest gang on the block and so they can do whatever they want whenever they want, and we have to deal with it because they're the biggest gang on the block. But that doesn't mean that they're not deaf on the customer experience. If a developer did that at our work, and release day half working product, they would be fired. Bad form, Microsoft. bad form indeed.
