issues with outlook 2016
Since today, a lot of Outlook client in the company, receive mail like "normal text" instead HTML, that for example, cut off image in attach etc.
They are all configured to send mail in "HTML", should be a security update?

So little update - after use of powershell help (in a powershell as administrator, execute the following : C:\Program' 'Files\Common' 'Files\microsoft' 'shared\ClickToRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.15128.20248) you need to to turn off Office 2021/19 / 16 updates on Windows 11/10 PC, you need to open any Office app and click not the File menu. Then, select the Account option. After that, click the Update button and select the Disable Updates option. Problem is in last update of the Office.

- So powershell doesn´t work - it only helps for a one day or so - next day - same problem over again.. 😞

- in any case, it's not applicable to do this command on powershell on all clients of company, I can create a GPO for downgrade all office, but I guess is better is if Microsoft realease a patch to solve it.

S1ntax Only thing needed is to update Office.. 😉 Either by Powershell (as AzeAze has offered), or by downloading from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/office.aspx

Merci, We have the same problem with Microsoft 365, we had to downgrade to Version 2204 Build 16.0.15128.20240 as a temporary fix for seing the mail in HTML format.

"Try it now" function is switched off and also "Email Security" option to "Read all standard mail in plain text" is not activated. Annoying issue at all... - Same issue in our organization (Outlook 2016 / 365 confirmed).
Same Problem here with Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2205 Build 16.0.15225.20028) 32 Bit.
At all Clients the same Problem. All emails arrive as text emails.
