So little update - after use of powershell help (in a powershell as administrator, execute the following : C:\Program' 'Files\Common' 'Files\microsoft' 'shared\ClickToRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.15128.20248) you need to to turn off Office 2021/19 / 16 updates on Windows 11/10 PC, you need to open any Office app and click not the File menu. Then, select the Account option. After that, click the Update button and select the Disable Updates option. Problem is in last update of the Office.
Same Problem here with Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2205 Build 16.0.15225.20028) 32 Bit.
At all Clients the same Problem. All emails arrive as text emails.
