So little update - after use of powershell help (in a powershell as administrator, execute the following : C:\Program' 'Files\Common' 'Files\microsoft' 'shared\ClickToRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.15128.20248) you need to to turn off Office 2021/19 / 16 updates on Windows 11/10 PC, you need to open any Office app and click not the File menu. Then, select the Account option. After that, click the Update button and select the Disable Updates option. Problem is in last update of the Office.
We have the same problem with Microsoft 365, we had to downgrade to Version 2204 Build 16.0.15128.20240 as a temporary fix for seing the mail in HTML format.
