Applying sensitivity labels in Outlook on Android/iOS

Hello,

We just want to confirm if the Sensitivity labels feature can be used by on-prem users in a hybrid setup on Outlook on Android/iOS?

They are able to use it using Outlook desktop app but not on phone. Cloud/Migrated users are able to use it both on the desktop and phone. Thank you!
