OneDrive windows app stuck on "signing in" but works in Firefox

I found a solution! The problem was with DNS server address. The router was not able to automatically obtain the DNS server. I had to set both the DNS servers manually. I set the preferred DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and the alternate DNS server to 8.8.4.4 on the laptop's Ipv4 properties.
In order to make it work on the devices, I logged into the Wi-Fi's configuration portal and set the DNS server addresses. Now everything works fine!
Check for plugins or other services like zantiVirus that may be competing for files.

I tried in incognito after disabling all extensions or plugins. It did not work.
I wonder why its also not working on the Android app simultaneously.
