I can't access my Onedrive files in web browser or sync my Desktop with the Onedrive
- Andreas_HeineCopper ContributorTwo times I have entered my last reply with information about how my problem was solved by the OneDrive Support team, but both replies are not shown, no idea why.

Andreas_HeineThat's annoying, maybe they don't want the problem and solution being made public. (maybe you could PM me?) I raised a ticket and the next day got an email to try a different device/browser - I had listed all the "fixes" I had tried. Now still waiting another reply. Slow poor customer service, for a service I pay for.
- Andreas_HeineCopper ContributorSince April 30, I can access my OneDrive data again. The Microsoft OneDrive Team has fixed it. I do not know what they did, but I provided in several emails all requested information, which finally helped them to repair my OneDrive.
In all my previous posts with similar text I referred to my ticket number, maybe this is not allowed here and therefore all these posts were deleted (without letting me know, which I would have preferred).

It sounds like there might be an issue with your OneDrive account or its synchronization. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
- Check OneDrive status: Before troubleshooting further, it is a good idea to check the status of OneDrive services. Microsoft provides a status page where you can see if there are any known issues with OneDrive: OneDrive Status.
- Sign out and sign back in: Sometimes, signing out of OneDrive and then signing back in can resolve synchronization issues. To do this, open the OneDrive app or go to the OneDrive website, sign out of your account, and then sign back in with your credentials.
- Clear browser cache and cookies: If you are experiencing issues with accessing your OneDrive files in the web browser, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This can help resolve browser-related issues that may be causing the problem.
- Check for updates: Ensure that your device's operating system and the OneDrive app are up to date. Sometimes, updates include bug fixes and improvements that can resolve synchronization issues.
- Restart your device: A simple restart of your device can sometimes fix temporary glitches and allow synchronization to resume normally.
- Check storage space: Make sure that your OneDrive account has enough storage space available to sync your files. If your storage is full, you may encounter synchronization issues.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with accessing your OneDrive files in the web browser and syncing your Desktop with OneDrive.Formularbeginn The text and steps were edited with the help of AI.

- jerryzhang728Copper Contributori have exactly the same problem with my new bought PC, it's was good in the morning, but suddendly all the access are denied and no longer to access my files in onedrive. Below are what've tried:
1. clear the cache;
2. reinstall onedrive;
3. start the PC too many times.
4. the storage is way less than the limit;
5. sign out and sign in too many times;
6. change different networks, and connections are all good;
7. turn off all the firewall and antivirus;
8. all are not shared files/folders;
9. even unable to access from my mobile device;
Now I've deleted the onedrive from my PC, and it's unable to access my files on onedrive.live.com, access denied for most of the files that i created and not shared; All my notes are there, I'm getting anxious. Please help.
thanks

I have the same problem since a couple of days. Extremely annoying!
I followed all the steps in NikolinoDE 's suggestions - no success 😞- NikolinoDEGold Contributor
If you have followed the suggested steps and are still experiencing issues with accessing your OneDrive files in the web browser or syncing your Desktop with OneDrive, it may require further troubleshooting. Here are some additional steps you can try:
- Check Network Connection: Ensure that your device has a stable internet connection. Sometimes, poor network connectivity can affect synchronization.
- Try Different Device: If possible, try accessing your OneDrive files and syncing from a different device to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your device or account.
- Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings: Some firewall or antivirus settings may interfere with OneDrive synchronization. Check if any settings are blocking OneDrive and adjust them accordingly.
- Reset OneDrive: You can try resetting the OneDrive app on your device. This will reset all OneDrive settings to their defaults, which may help resolve any configuration issues.
- Reinstall OneDrive: If resetting OneDrive does not resolve the issue, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the OneDrive app on your device.
- Temporary Workaround: As a temporary workaround, you can try accessing your OneDrive files through the OneDrive mobile app or another device while you continue troubleshooting the issue on your primary device.
If none of the above solves the problem, it could be due to a buck, which (unbeknownst to me) Microsoft is already working on solving. At the same time, I always recommend keeping yourself informed if something new comes up in this direction. Here you can keep yourself informed as much as possible. Many thanks for your feedback and suggestions.
The fact that my OneNote synchronization failed was just pointing to - what I then found out - the unavailablity all of my data in OneDrive, which I see when I access my OneDrive in a browser, i.e. I have no network problems or misconfigured Apps causing the problem.
In the meantime I have a ticket with the Microsoft OneDrive Team, and have provided them after their first response with more details, looking forward that they can solve my problems with OneDrive.
Kind regards, Andreas

- Andreas_HeineCopper ContributorUpps - I thought I had replied already with my completion status, I am sure I typed it all, but now I cannot find it here. So, let me try again.

Since April 30, my problem had been solved by the Microsoft OneDrive Support team. I have no clue what they did, but since then I can access my OneDrive data again, with no problems.
I had several email interactions the the team and provided them with all the infos they were asking for, the latest being a short screen video showing how I accessed my OneDrive data with all the error messages.
When you contact the OneDrive support team, you might want to refer to my ticket number:
