I have the same problem since a couple of days. Extremely annoying!
I followed all the steps in NikolinoDE 's suggestions - no success 😞

If you have followed the suggested steps and are still experiencing issues with accessing your OneDrive files in the web browser or syncing your Desktop with OneDrive, it may require further troubleshooting. Here are some additional steps you can try:
- Check Network Connection: Ensure that your device has a stable internet connection. Sometimes, poor network connectivity can affect synchronization.
- Try Different Device: If possible, try accessing your OneDrive files and syncing from a different device to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your device or account.
- Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings: Some firewall or antivirus settings may interfere with OneDrive synchronization. Check if any settings are blocking OneDrive and adjust them accordingly.
- Reset OneDrive: You can try resetting the OneDrive app on your device. This will reset all OneDrive settings to their defaults, which may help resolve any configuration issues.
- Reinstall OneDrive: If resetting OneDrive does not resolve the issue, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the OneDrive app on your device.
- Temporary Workaround: As a temporary workaround, you can try accessing your OneDrive files through the OneDrive mobile app or another device while you continue troubleshooting the issue on your primary device.
If none of the above solves the problem, it could be due to a buck, which (unbeknownst to me) Microsoft is already working on solving. At the same time, I always recommend keeping yourself informed if something new comes up in this direction. Here you can keep yourself informed as much as possible. Many thanks for your feedback and suggestions.
The fact that my OneNote synchronization failed was just pointing to - what I then found out - the unavailablity all of my data in OneDrive, which I see when I access my OneDrive in a browser, i.e. I have no network problems or misconfigured Apps causing the problem.
In the meantime I have a ticket with the Microsoft OneDrive Team, and have provided them after their first response with more details, looking forward that they can solve my problems with OneDrive.
Kind regards, Andreas- domcvetApr 26, 2024Copper Contributorany updates? same error for me.
