I can't access my Onedrive files in web browser or sync my Desktop with the Onedrive

Two times I have entered my last reply with information about how my problem was solved by the OneDrive Support team, but both replies are not shown, no idea why.

Andreas_HeineThat's annoying, maybe they don't want the problem and solution being made public. (maybe you could PM me?) I raised a ticket and the next day got an email to try a different device/browser - I had listed all the "fixes" I had tried. Now still waiting another reply. Slow poor customer service, for a service I pay for.
- Andreas_HeineMay 05, 2024Copper ContributorSince April 30, I can access my OneDrive data again. The Microsoft OneDrive Team has fixed it. I do not know what they did, but I provided in several emails all requested information, which finally helped them to repair my OneDrive.
In all my previous posts with similar text I referred to my ticket number, maybe this is not allowed here and therefore all these posts were deleted (without letting me know, which I would have preferred).- domcvetMay 05, 2024Copper Contributor
same, OneDrive suport team fixed the problem, I don't know what happened, but I don't care if it works
