Weird issue with Teams Calls/Video Chats?

Hi!

Myself and many in our tenant have been experiencing a weird issue with Teams Calls/Video chats. For instance, if someone gives me a voice call, I'll receive a notification on both my laptop and cellphone. If I accept on the laptop, it goes straight to 'Missed Calls' and will not connect. I'll give a call right back and the other user seems to experience the same issue.

It becomes a bit frustrating trying to call another user and then have them call you back to no avail. Please note that this doesn't seem to happen every time but often enough where it becomes an issue. Has anyone found a solution to this yet?
