    Hi matt_b ,

     

    Most likely the user is having sound issues so is joining, not hearing anything and then trying to join again, most likely clicking the meeting link and opening another web session without closing the others or other explanation is as the other response suggests - his connection is not timing out.

  • You can join with multiple clients just fine. Or he's simply having some network issues, and the "old" entries haven't timed out yet.
