Teams missing GIF option in messaging
This morning we noticed the GIF option in Teams messaging is missing org wide.
Desktop and Web client.
Old messages that were sent with a GIF display as a link now instead of the image
Our global org policy in the Admin porta is set to On
Anyone else seeing this?
Looks like Microsoft is working on fixing it.

Some of our users, including a Teams Admin, are reporting this issue. I am still able to send GIFs but they are not. They do not have URL Preview either. It seems like Optional Connect Experiences is turned off, but when they look in Settings, Privacy, they do not even see Optional Connect Experiences. I checked the Admin Portal, where GIPHYs are still enabled. Very bizarre.

Yes we are also seeing the issue-GIFs are enabled org wide and we have made no changes. Only some users are experiencing the issue at this time. The users that do not have the gif option are missing the optional connected experiences in the Teams menu under privacy. It does not appear to be a version issue, and the users that have the problem it is also missing from the mobile app as well.

We are seeing the same issue and do not have a "connected experience" option in Teams Settings. I have verified that Giphy is allowed in the Teams admin center. No changes in policy were enacted today either.
