The problem has occurred again in our tenant for one user, exactly as described here. Could it be that this is happening again? The messaging policy has been checked and can be ruled out. It also happens regardless of the device.

How is this marked as a solution? Seems folks are still having this issue and everything on the net seems to point at this post lol 🤣
Is it just the fact that they are "working on fixing it"?
