Can someone please clarify something.&nbsp; Can I configure tenants with business premium to use phone system and direct routing

SamanthaTang&nbsp;Yes, that is not correct and I see that there is an open feedback to change that so I think Microsoft will correct that soon.

Hi,&nbsp;Sorry, but no you can't. You need to use an Enterprise plan to be able to add the Phone system Add-on.&nbsp;https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/subscriptions-and-billing/buy-or-edit-an-add-on?redirectSourcePath=%252fen-us%252farticle%252fBuy-or-edit-an-add-on-for-Office-365-for-business-4e7b57d6-b93b-457d-aecd-0ea58bff07a6&amp;view=o365-worldwide&nbsp;I'm not sure why and I heard something about this is changing but I've not heard any official about it so currently you can't buy Phone system add-on or use Direct Routing with Business plans. Smaller companies up to 300 users would be perfect match for cloud telephony.

This is what i thought but within the documentation for the Virtual Licenses Microsoft have added...&nbsp;&nbsp;

Ben_Rooke&nbsp;I doubt that information is correct, F1 can't have the Phone system add-on and "Office Premium" is that supposed to be Business Premium, maybe?
