Teams Business Voice Reporting
Hello - We have setup MSFT Business Voice and are trying to pull call data into Power BI. We have setup the MSFT graph PSTN calling app in Azure, but we are missing a few data points that are really important like:
- User Idel time
- Time to answer call
Does anyone know if this data is available, or do I need to go through a 3rd party call reporting? If so, any cost-effective recommendations?
