Presenting multimedia via a Teams Room (Poly X50)

Good morning, 

 

I am currently trying out a Poly Studio X50 but for the sake of things, it is a collaboration bar as far as Teams is concerned.  It works decent for meetings but running into an issue when say a presenter is trying to present any multimedia. Rather that is within a Powerpoint or the web.  The audio does not seem to go through the meeting.  Is this a limitation in teams when using it as a teams room?

    Hi Jeff Harlow 

     

    Did we try to use the option of Include the System Audio when the presenter is sharing the screen from the Polycom Device? That option comes while share the desktop or PPT at the top of the screen to include the system Audio.

      RealTime_M365 Did you ever get any updates on this? There is a similar issue here: https://www.reddit.com/r/MicrosoftTeams/comments/yg28z1/

       

      It's causing us lots of problems.
