MS Team Related Quries
Hi,
We are in the phase to deploy MS Team.
We are using Office 365 Business Essential.
I have two basic question
1. Can we talk with Skype through Microsoft Team
2. Can we talk with Skype for business through Microsoft Team
3. Can we restrict a member to Leave a Team

Yes - external access is enabled by default. See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/manage-external-access
3. Can we restrict a member to Leave a Team
Yes, but only for 'org-wide' Teams, whose membership is dynamic. For normal Teams, a member can leave.
