Migration from Slack to Microsoft Teams (Migração do Slack para o Microsoft Teams)
hello community
I'm coming by this means, trying to request guidance from experts.
I have a mission to migrate a client who currently uses Slack to use Microsoft Teams, the issue of the license is all right, but on this mission, I have to take everything (as much as possible) from content present in Slack for Microsoft Teams.
The question is: Is there any active tool that allows you to support this type of scenarios?
I saw something in searches with a guided migration, but the page is no longer available for use.

Hi Raphael_Oliveira ,
To migrate from Slack to Microsoft Teams, you can follow these general steps:
1. Evaluate Your Migration Strategy: Before starting the migration process, analyze your existing Slack setup and determine your migration strategy. Consider factors like the size of your organization, the number of Slack workspaces, channels, and users, as well as any integrations or customizations you have in place.
2. Plan and Communicate: Develop a migration plan and communicate it to your team members. Inform them about the reasons for the migration, the timeline, and any changes they might expect during the process. Encourage them to ask questions and provide support throughout the transition.
3. Set Up Microsoft Teams: Ensure that Microsoft Teams is set up and configured for your organization. This involves creating user accounts, defining teams and channels, and configuring settings such as security, guest access, and external communication permissions.
4. Map Slack Channels to Teams: Review your Slack channels and determine the corresponding Teams structure. Create Teams to match your Slack channels and consider the appropriate privacy settings (public or private) for each channel. It's also a good idea to define the owners and members for each team.
5. Configure Teams Integrations: If you have any third-party integrations in Slack, check if similar integrations are available in Microsoft Teams. Set up and configure these integrations as needed to ensure a smooth transition.
6. Export Slack Data: In Slack, use the export feature to download your channel history, messages, files, and other relevant data. This will allow you to preserve your conversations and files for reference in the future. Slack provides options to export data at the workspace or channel level.
7. Import Data to Teams: Microsoft Teams does not provide a direct import feature for Slack data. However, you can manually copy important information or use third-party tools that offer data migration services. For example, tools like Mover, BitTitan, or ShareGate provide migration capabilities to move data from Slack to Teams.
8. Train and Onboard Users: Educate your team members on how to use Microsoft Teams effectively. Provide training sessions, documentation, or resources to help them navigate the new platform and understand its features. Address any concerns or questions they may have during the onboarding process.
9. Monitor and Optimize: Once the migration is complete, closely monitor the adoption and usage of Microsoft Teams within your organization. Collect feedback from users, address any issues, and continuously optimize your Teams environment based on user needs.
Remember, the specific steps and considerations for your migration may vary depending on your organization's requirements and existing Slack setup. It's recommended to consult Microsoft's official documentation or seek assistance from Microsoft support for detailed guidance tailored to your specific scenario.

Thank you, but copying and pasting the official documentation does not solve my case, I would like more guidance if Microsoft or someone else has gone through the experience to help share their experiences.
And it provides me with a basis for finding the ideal tool or process.
In Slack, it is possible to export data, but in Teams there is no function or native tool to import.
The third-party "Move" does not migrate the chat tool, only email, files and from Teams to Teams.
The third-party "ShareGate", does not migrate the chat tool, only email, files and from Teams to Teams.
The third-party "BitTitan", does not migrate the chat tool, only email, files and from Teams to Teams.
If there was a technical direction, it will be welcome.
Documentation information style as above, for commercial purposes, does not help in any way.
