Microsoft Teams Room for Android - Mac os 13.3 and higher issue

Hi All,

We've currently been experiencing the issue that any M1/M2 Mac machines running an OS higher than 13.3 has been crashing the macs and not displaying. This issue only occurs when connecting to the Tap's HDMI ingest. This issue occurs in every room we have running Teams for Android.

I've read a few times that theres a tap firmware that was released a few days ago that addresses this issue but I haven't read anywhere that this patch applies to the Teams on android. We would like to keep the current firmware that we have on the taps since it provides the direct guest connect feature.

Any support or guidance is appreciated.
