Limiting access to meeting recordings
If possible, can we set it as a default so that no external members get access to meeting recordings? If it can be done, at what levels can you apply this? If a person leaves a meeting is there a way to block them from accessing the recording?
aspitalnick Meeting recordings are not automatically shared with guests or external attendees unless your users specifically go to the recording and share it with them (and you have permissions to allow them to share files with that org). Nothing you need to do, it's just how it works.

StevenC365 interesting, because at the end of the meeting the recording shows up in the chat.
aspitalnick Yes, but that's a link to the file in your OneDrive, it's the permissions assigned to those links in OneDrive that grant or deny access. Try it.
