Green Blocky Glitch on Shared Screen in New Teams Meeting
I have a user on New Teams that repeatedly has trouble with screens being shared in meetings by other people showing up as a Green Blocky mess on her end. So far we have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled New Teams, updated graphics drivers, tested her internet connection (measured at 300Mbps down by 35Mbps Up and she is the only user on it) performed normal system maintenance (SFC, D.I.S.M, CHKDSK), and restarts galore. No luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone been able to find a good resolution for this? Same issue throughout the environment of HP Elitebooks

Trying to help an external person with this issue this morning. They are using a Mac. Interestingly, she is able to share desktop ok via Teams when logged in with her personal Teams account but now gets the green screen when using the Org account we've supplied her (it was working fine before). They are presenting a slide deck for online workshop, we were able to do this by using Powerpoint Live rather than desktop sharing. Posting this here is case intel is of use.

We are intermittently getting this also. Our machines are HP ZBook Power G11 and HP Elite x360 830 G11. Anyone has the fix or update on this already?

My laptop is Lenovo X1 Carbon ThinkPad Gen12

Have you tried connecting the machine to an external webcam ? If yes, do you still encounter the green screen while doing so ?

everybody has a HP EliteBook 840 ?

Our issue is not with the reporting users camera. It is with the incoming feed for that user. Screens that are shared with them or other users video. No one else in the meetings report the issue.

Actually both we tried and same issue, external webcam and laptop camera.

We were running into the same issue but was able to fix it by rolling back the Intel display driver to this version Intel Video Driver and Control Panel 32.0.101.5763. The new batch of laptops we ordered came with a newer version and had to install that. We noticed we started having issues when Windows update pushed the latest driver to the same model computers we had around November.

Going to give this a try today. We had updated all drivers, but did not try rolling back the video driver.

I have the same issue here, all suggested by O365 support and reinstalled the app, it did not fix the issue. Also used the web version, unfortunately the green blocky screen was there too. Any resolution please?

I am having the exact same issue, with only one user on the newest laptop in our environment.
It's only happening on his laptop, not his iPad or iPhone.
It only happens when a participant presents their screen.
In addition to the blocky green screen, the remaining participant video is choppy.

HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2
All driver and firmware updates have been implemented.

I have exactly the same system model and bios, that looks like no coincidence.

Item has been resolved on my side, unknown solution. I did follow all HP upgrades, could have positively impacted this.
