Following a student across multiple teams

I am a learning support teacher who has a number of students I am following and keeping an eye on.  Between them I am in about 30 teams.  To follow a particular student I have to log into each individual team and scroll through grades to find whether they have handed in assignments or not.  Is there a way that I can pull up one single student and gather data on them across the multiple teams?  I am an owner in each team along with the classroom teacher.
