Export Call History

Hello

Hope you are doing well.

Is it possible that a User exports his call history as csv.

  • Hi JFM_12,

     

    to export call history for a single user, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to the Teams Admin Center (https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/).
    2. Go to Analytics & reports > Usage reports.
    3. Choose the desired Report type and Date range.
    4. Click on "Run Report" to export call history data.

    Additionally, you can generate a list of incoming and outgoing calls for Teams users, which can be exported to Excel.

    This can be achieved by accessing Teams Admin Center, selecting Analytics, going to Usage Reports, then PTSN & SMS Usage. Choose a date span, run the report, and export it to Excel.

    unfortunately, as far as I know, individual users do not have the ability to export their own call history in Microsoft Teams.

    This feature is typically available to administrators through the Teams Admin Center.

      But how to export PSTN and Teams to Teams Call together for one user.
      Is that possible?
