Confusion about Video-Layout in Team

Hi Experts,

I have two questions.

1. What is the video lay-out in the meeting (So I can see all participants at a time) with 

Windows Team Apps - I think its Max. 9

Windows Browser -  I think 1 who speaks (If you're using Teams on the web, you'll only be able to see one video stream at a time (the video of whoever's speaking). For the best Teams experience, use the desktop or mobile app.)

Android Team Apps - I think its Max. 8

IPAD Apps - ?

MAC APPS - ?

MAC Browser - ?

We observed that some of our guest videos layout change automatically like if we have 12 participants then some times shows 6 some times 4 and move to adjust automatically however other guests see MAX.9 on the same Windows-based Microsoft Team app.
